Have you always wanted to try Barre? It is a ballet inspired low impact workout. We will be offering 4 classes in our event room to those who might be potentially interested in learning more about this type of exercise. If your schedule doesn’t let you attend them all, come out to the ones your schedule allows As a reward for making it through the class, please come try out one of our 10 oz craft beers on us at the bar after.
About Barre classes: Low impact aerobic exercise that also strengthens and stretches with inspiration from ballet dance. Our instructor, Kristal Toman, is certified to teach barre through American Barre Technique.
Bring: mat, no more than 4 lbs weights
Wear: Comfortable clothes (barefoot, barre socks, or workout shoes)
