Barre is a low impact ballet-inspired workout for all ages. We utilize light weights (nothing over 4 lbs) , mats, chair or Barre, and sometimes barre balls and tubes. It's a full body workout that will get your pulse up, tone long lean muscles, and of course stretch you out leaving you feeling revived and energized!
